Belgrade Health Park

Project Overview

As part of Bozeman Deaconess Hospital’s expansion of their community clinics, ACE was the MEP Engineer of the qualification basis selected design/build team. The project is a new $9,000,000; 35,000 square foot, two story medical office building. The master site plan includes expansion of the facility to accommodate the Gallatin Valley’s expanding population.

The building’s HVAC system includes a VAV system with hot water reheat and DX cooling and outdoor air economizers. IT systems are provided with high quality dedicated systems to maintain peak energy efficiency of the building’s main HVAC system.

Plumbing systems are run to achieve maximum material and labor efficiency with piping routed in the first floor ceiling space feeding both floors. Innovative piping materials are being considered to keep costs down.

The lighting system includes IECC compliant lighting and control systems. Emergency power systems are provided to accommodate the mission critical IT systems that provide patient tracking, scheduling and charting.

The building has a full NFPA 13 compliant fire suppression system.
