The project consists of a 22,000 square foot renovation of part of the existing 5th floor of the Benefis South Tower. The endoscopy suite includes 11 procedure rooms, prep and recovery rooms, and the new sterile work rooms. One of the procedure rooms is specific for Bronchoscopies. Included in the project is a negative pressure isolation room.
The mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems connected to and use existing systems stubbed into or already serving the space. The medical gas was a combination of connecting to existing systems and a new cylinder/ manifold room for additional medical gas systems.
