The new Parmly Library, located in Billings, Montana, is a two story, 71,000 sq ft. facility. The new building replaces the outdated Parmly Library. This project consists of a story tower, large sky lights and large glass windows for lots of natural light during the daylight hours, under floor air distribution, LED lighting for stacks, high efficiency boilers, variable speed pumps, and CO2 sensors, 100% protected by an automated fire sprinkler system, ADA compliant, low volume plumbing fixtures . This project will be certified LEED Gold with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system.
