The Laurel Golf Clubhouse project consists of a new 16,450 square foot single-level facility designed to serve both members and the broader community. The new clubhouse will feature a full-service kitchen, a public dining and bar area, a well-appointed pro shop, spacious locker rooms, bag storage facilities, administrative offices, a dedicated conference room, and an inviting outdoor patio.
Mechanical and electrical systems incorporated into the design include plumbing and HVAC systems, temperature control systems provided as a performance specification, and fire sprinkler systems also specified for performance. The electrical infrastructure includes a comprehensive power distribution system, a fire alarm system, and site lighting. Additional coordination will support power requirements for building lighting, with design and controls provided by others. The project will also include electrical rough-ins for security, access control, and television systems, along with a fully integrated telecommunications system comprising racks, patch panels, backbone and horizontal cabling, terminations, jacks, and complete system testing.
Laurel Golf Club, located just west of Billings, Montana, has been a cornerstone of the local golf community since 1967.
