The New Freshman Dormitory at Montana State University is a new 122,000 square foot facility consisting of three wings, four stories in height. The facility will house 400 students, include a laundry area and a bike/ski workshop, and offer incredible circulation/meeting spaces. As the University is constantly seeking improvements in energy management, this facility was modeled and is anticipating LEED Silver status.
