The Mountainview Medical Center proposed project consists of a new approximately 40,000-square-foot single story critical access hospital in White Sulphur Springs, Montana. The new facility will replace the existing facility and will have an attached nursing home in compliance with USDA Montana Rural Development’s Direct and Guaranteed Loan program.
The building will include 5 acute care/swing patient rooms and 20 nursing home beds, Emergency Medicine, Imaging, Lab, Primary and Specialty Care Clinics, Physical Therapy, Administration, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Maintenance and Materials Management, as well as an enclosed Ambulance Bay. The project will be developed on a 10 acre new green field site which will require extension of utility service infrastructure, storm drainage and detention, development of an access road, internal drives and parking for emergency vehicles, patients, visitors and service vehicles.
Associated Construction Engineering provided professional engineering services including design of plumbing, HVAC, medical gas, temperature control, fire alarm and sprinkler, electrical and power systems.
