The One Health Building in Powell, Wyoming, is a transformative project involving the renovation of an existing 11,000-square- foot structure—formerly known as the Fitch Building, into a modern, fully integrated medical and dental clinic. This facility will serve as the new consolidated home for the Heritage Health Center (HHC), a federally qualified community health center, which is joining forces with One Health, a network of community healthcare providers across Montana.
As part of the renovation, the facility will feature major upgrades to its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. A new modern temperature control air handler will improve indoor climate regulation and comfort, while enhanced ventilation will support healthier air quality throughout the building. A new boiler plant and a high-efficiency water heater are being installed to increase energy performance and reduce long-term operating costs. The building will also be equipped with new LED lighting systems for better illumination and energy efficiency, along with a fully updated plumbing infrastructure to meet the demands of the expanded clinical services.
The project also reflects a commitment to the Big Horn Basin community. The remodeled facility will bring new life to this well-known corner of Powell while honoring its existing footprint.
