The new Pioneer Federal Bank branch in Deer Lodge, MT will serve as a modern banking facility, equipped with customer service areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and other amenities consistent with a full-service bank. The design will emphasize customer convenience and operational efficiency.
The 5,600 square foot space was originally operating as a Pizza Hut, and was redesigned to minimize utility rework, install a slab on grade vault, including secure IT rooms and onsite hot water plant, with flexibility to handle environmental conditions like snowmelt.
